It has been evident that stars have no privacy, but we know our society is going down when people feel it is appropriate to grope their privates.
Faith Hill jumped to her husband's defense after a female fan grabbed Tim McGraw's crotch as he walked between a barricade and the stage to greet fans in Lafayette, Louisiana. The couple are currently on tour together.
I have to admit I was in complete shock when I saw this story. I mean the nerve of someone, even if he wasn't married, to just go up and grab his crotch. Having talent or being famous does not give regular society the right to just fondle and abuse them.
What the worse part about this story is the amount of attacks aimed at Faith Hill on this story. Blogs and stories on the net describing Hill as "not as angelic as originally thought." Why is she the bad person? Why is the woman who groped not the bad person? She was doing what any wife would have done!
The media today needs to get a clue! The story should not be Faith Hill's response. She was right! The woman does need to learn some respect along with the media!

Top-level comments on this article: (1 total)I actually think that most of the folks who have called into radio stations or commented on popular magazine or program websites have been very supportive of Faith...it's only on a few of the private blogs that a lot of basically anti-celebrity folks make so many vulgar comments....most folks say WTG Faith and think she was pretty classy in how she maintained the beat of the song while making her point to the fan. You are so right, this should be about the rude woman who committed the assault and not invite an unwarranted attack on Faith..
